- Installed, configured and tested Kubernetes Clusters for SAS Viya Analytics service, a cloud based analytics platform used for data visualization and machine learning

- Maintained and administered the customer experience platform 'Medallia' for Seoul National University of Hospital, a platform used to collect and analyze patient feedback for continuous improvement of services
- Oversaw the daily operations of the platform, ensuring its reliability, security, and usability
- Developed an automation tool that ensured accuracy and consistency of data and lowered workloads of the Medallia team
